Positive growth in fee income was seen across most regions for both networks and associations, with the exception of Latin

America, where networks and associations reported 6% and 1% decreases in fee income, respectively.

Associations also reported a drop of 10% in the Middle East; however, networks reported a stronger performance with a 12% increase in fee income. In terms of staffing, growth was seen in most regions, despite the impact of the pandemic.

The only exception was in Latin America, with 3% and 6% falls in staff numbers for both networks and associations respectively.
